My Story

With over 8+ years of teaching experience, I am a dedicated yoga practitioner and trainer, deeply rooted in traditional yogic wisdom and a strong understanding of the human body.

Over the years, I’ve pursued advanced certifications with a special focus on Pre and Postnatal Yoga. As a certified Pregnancy Yoga teacher, I’ve supported women through conception, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery—helping them build strength, flexibility, and emotional balance.

To ensure safety and precision, I’ve completed two Anatomy courses and attended workshops on Ashtanga Yoga and Posture Correction. This allows me to blend traditional yoga with anatomy-based alignment and mindful modifications.

Alongside regular classes, I host yoga retreats that go beyond physical practice—focusing on mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic well-being. My teaching style is compassionate and detail-oriented, honoring each student’s unique journey.
